Let's see here...Katherine writes from the Quad Cities of midwest U.S.A., is a mom of three sons and two puppies, and is in the second half of her life. She is very introverted, yet also loves church going, theatre, train whistles, dog parks, music, and the memory of inventing the "lawn mower dance" with a mob back in the day.

Reading and writing are her current top hobbies and work. This follows years of teaching in various forms and with a variety of ages, but primarily with elementary school children.

She has currently taken up knitting and recently spotted Bald Eagles in very close range.
